"The NV Blanc de Blancs Révolution Grand Cru Non-Dosé (2016 base) is 100% Chardonnay, composed of 50% 2016, 30% 2015 and 20% 2014. Rich, deep and layered, the Revolution has a ton to offer. Apricot, peach, spice, crushed flowers and chamomile all take shape as this powerful, vinous Champagne shows off its resonant, expansive personality. Extended time on the lees (48+ months) has added notable complexity. This is one of the most intriguing Champagnes I have tasted from Doyard lately. Terrific. Bottled with no dosage. Disgorged: November 17, 2022."

"A high-toned, fragrant blanc de blancs, with floral, herb, graphite and spice notes wafting through succulent flavors of nectarine, melon and white cherry fruit, plus a rich hint of grilled macadamia.
