Benchmark cupreata from Guerrero—this batch offers many of the flavors and aromas we typically expect to find in the category, only here it’s as though a highlighter was taken to them, emphasizing each of these distinct notes in turn; mint, melon, vitamin C tablet, milk chocolate, soft pepper, bitter strawberry…the gang’s all here, and they came to play. Delicious on its own; educational in any flight.

"From the coastal state of Guerrero this is a beautifully complex agave spirit that's tailor-made for sipping. Its distinctive profile spans an impressively broad range, from fresh herbs to underripe and tart berries, white pepper, chocolate, and savory leather. While undoubtedly pricy, this mezcal more than justifies the investment."
