Crème de Peche de Vigne is produced with an heirloom variety of peach often planted amongst grapevines, hence its name, “Peach of the Grapevine,” and because of its late-summer ripening, is harvested during a fleeting window in late August. Giffard’s translation of this unique fruit speaks of the juiciest peach balanced with just the right amount of acidity.
