"Intense lime flowers, together with lemon peel and green apple, enhanced by chalk minerality. The profile here is quite austere. The attack is balanced with zesty acidity, citrus and orange flavors, a tight-knit structure and medium body with long, fine bubbles. Full of vibrancy and savoriness. A Champagne that's not easy to drink now, but full of tension and some complexity. Disgorged in 2023. Best from 2025."

"The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs Conversation Grand Cru shows a bright focus with citrus peel, dried herbs and crushed flowers. This is a savory, mineral style of Blanc de Blancs endowed with considerable tension and energy. This is nicely done—very pretty and open-knit for this style. Creamy, exotic and perfumed, this wine is sourced from Grand Cru sites in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger and Avize. Dosage is 5 grams per liter. Disgorged: September 29, 2022."

"A fresh, well-spiced version, showing a refined mousse, with lime blossom and grilled nut hints enriching the nectarine and plum fruit flavors. Harmonious. Disgorged June 2023. Drink now. 500 cases imported."
