"After centuries of grape growing and playing a role in the creation of the Cava DO, the Raventós family chose to leave the appellation in 2012 and champion the 'future DO' of Conca del Riu Anoia. Only indigenous varieties are grown and the vineyard is certified biodynamic. Yields were down more than 20% in this drought year but the fruit was very healthy. A little local Monastrell (5%) provides colour and texture, rounded out by 18 months of ageing. Christine Parkinson: Mandarin, vanilla and blood orange. Fresh, vibrant palate: citrus, bitter melon. Acidity provides balance and poise. A lick of tannin supports the creamy texture. Very long. Sarah Jane Evans MW: Subtle, restrained, perfumed. Lightly grippy with a savoury pastry note; lacks the usual sweet fruit. Stylish, gastronomic. Blossoms in the glass. Delicious. Valentin Radosav: Elegant strawberry and red flower aromas. Balanced fruit profile and refreshing acidity."

"The 2022 Extra Brut de Nit composed of 50% Xarel·lo, 30% Macabeu, 15% Parellada and 5% Monastrell, sourced from Conca del Riu Anoia in Penedès. Light salmon-pink in hue, it offers enticing aromas of rose and cherry, with a hint of citrus. Dry, vibrant and delicate, the saline palate is enveloped by a soft mousse."

"The pale sparkling rosé 2022 De Nit is a blend of 49% Xarel.lo, 34% Macabeo, 12% Parellada and 5% Monastrell that refermented in bottle where it matured with the lees for 18 months. It has a subtle nose and feels very much like a white wine (which it mostly is) with just a copper tint and almost no red fruit aromas and very faint flavors. It has 12.09% alcohol with a pH of 3.01 and 5.9 grams of acidity balanced by 4.5 grams of sugar. It's clean and precise, and the sugar almost unnoticeable, giving it just an approachable touch but never sweet. It's Mediterranean, with notes of esparto grass, a more generous year. 225,000 bottles and other formats produced. It was disgorged in February 2024."

"A bright and harmonious sparkler, very pale pink in color, with snappy acidity working in tandem with the plush, lightly chalky texture to frame flavors of white raspberry and white cherry fruit, pink grapefruit pith and lemon thyme, backed by a rich hint of biscotti. Clean-cut and lightly salty on the finish. Xarel-lo, Macabeo, Parellada and Monastrell. Disgorged March 2024. Drink now. 17,000 cases made. 9,000 cases imported. From Spain.—A.N."
