• Cognac Park VSOP is distilled from 100% Ugni Blanc grown in Fins Bois, Petite Champagne, and Grand Champagne; aged in new, lightly toasted French oak for 8 months before being transferred to used casks for 5–10 years
• Cognac Park Cognac Borderies, ‘Mizunara Cask’ is distilled from 100% Ugni Blanc grown entirely in the Borderies; aged for a minimum of 4 years in used French oak then finished for 6 months in 500-liter whole, new Mizunara barrels from Japan
• Cognac Park VSOP bottled at 40% ABV; Cognac Borderies, ‘Mizunara Cask’ bottled at 43.5% ABV
