Cognac VS 'Carte Blanche'

• VS Cognac produced by Distillerie Tessendier in Jarnac, France
• 100% Ugni Blanc from the Fins Bois and Petite Champagne crus, blended in equal parts
• Double distilled in Tessendier’s Charentais copper pot stills
• Aged in new, lightly toasted French oak for 6 months before being transferred to used casks for 3–6 years
• The nose opens with floral aromas of mint, linden blossom, and apricot. The palate is full of dried fruit—apricot, banana, and pear—with a spicy, herbaceous finish with notes of pink peppercorn, lychee, orange zest, and ginger.
• 40% ABV

The balance of floral, high tones indicative of Petite Champagne and the more robust fruit notes from Fins Bois make this an incredibly versatile Cognac for cocktailing.
