• Rare Grande Champagne Cognac produced by Maison Ragnaud Sabourin
• An assemblage of 90% eaux-de-vie from the early 20^th century and 10% pre-phylloxera eaux-de-vie (prior to 1870)
• Grape varities include Ugni Blanc, Colombard, Folle Blanche, Jurançon, Blanc Rame, Bouilleux, Balzac Blanc and Chalosse
• Packed with stewed tropical fruit, date, and nutmeg, the mid-palate is spicy and weighty with notes of marmalade, candied lemon, walnut, and honeyed fruits leading to touches of coffee and cocoa. The finish is exceptionally long and rich, with stunning rancio backed by stewed fruit.
