Conceived in 1961 by Maison Hardy’s then master blender (and Mayor of Cognac), Francis Hardy, and the initial marque made for the Wedding Anniversary Series, Noces d’Or Sublime (or the “Sublime Gold Wedding”), is a blend of rare fifty-year-old Cognacs aged in the “Paradis” cellar that holds Hardy’s oldest stocks.
