• Cognac produced by Maison Hardy in Cognac, France
• Produced from Ugni Blanc, Folle Blanche, and Colombard grapes
• Wine is twice distilled in Charentais copper pot stills
• Blend of eaux-de-vie from Grande Champagne; aged separately by Maison Hardy and blended before bottling
• Aged 50 years in lightly toasted Limousin French oak barrels
• 40% ABV

Conceived in 1961 by Maison Hardy’s then master blender (and Mayor of Cognac), Francis Hardy, and the initial marque made for the Wedding Anniversary Series, Noces d’Or Sublime (or the “Sublime Gold Wedding”), is a blend of rare fifty-year-old Cognacs aged in the “Paradis” cellar that holds Hardy’s oldest stocks.
