  • 50% Cabernet Franc and Merlot grape skins

This sparkling cider was made by fermenting spent red grape (Cabernet Franc and Merlot) skins from a friend’s Seneca Lake vineyard in juice pressed from our own organically grown Idared apples. After a secondary fermentation in the bottle, we hand disgorge.
