"The 2022 Eloise, jocosely described as the poor man's Cartology by Peter-Allan Finalyson, is matured in 20% amphora. It has a vivacious bouquet with orchard fruit, grilled hazelnut and a touch of white peach. Good complexity here. The palate is lively on the entry, a zesty Chenin Blanc with lemon sherbet and orange rind towards the finish, with just a faint oiliness coming through with time. Great potential."
