"Ziereisen's 2022 Heugumber is intense in color and displays fully ripe and dense aromas of yellow fruit intermingled with yeasty and limestone nuances on the remarkably complex nose that clearly represents another warm vintage yet keeps its focus. Very elegant and saline on the palate, this well-balanced Chasselas is long and structured and reveals stimulating citric fruit and fine grip on the aromatic and stimulating finish. 10.5% stated alcohol. Screw cap. Tasted at the domaine in August 2024."

"The 2021 Heugumber offers a deep, intense and flinty, fresh and stony bouquet of ripe fruits and crushed salts. Lean and light yet intense and grippy on the palate, this is a characterful and persistent Chasselas with a Burgundian expression and a salty, always vibrant and substantial finish. This is from nearly 30-year-old vines in a vineyard located on top of the –lberg. 10.5% stated alcohol. Screw cap. Tasted at the domaine in February 2024."
