• Sourced from the Tiratore Vineyard, planted in 2001 on the lower slopes, terraces and flat, old riverbed of la collina vineyard
• Named Tiratore from the Italian word for “hunter/marksman’ as the vineyard has a high concentration of bullets from an assumed firing range
• Hand-harvested
• Whole-bunch pressed directly into French or barriques
• Indigenous fermentation
• Aged in French oak for 11 months
• No fining or cold settling
