- Native-yeast and full native malolactic fermentation takes place in barrel with sur lies batonnage
- Aged for 12 months in 15% new French oak barrels
- Traditionally fined for clarity and texture
- Bottled in February 2019

"The 2021 Chardonnay Fort Ross-Seaview is youthfully coiled with delicate scents of lemon, orchard fruit and oyster shell. The light-bodied palate has a luxuriously creamy texture, a firm spine of acidity and a long, mineral-driven finish. It will benefit from 2-3+ years in bottle to unwind. 3,981 cases were made."
