• Vineyard originally planted in 1887 and grafted to Chardonnay in 1944
• Huichica loam soils
• Head-trained, dry-farmed
• Native yeast fermentation
• 100% barrel-fermented
• Hand-sorted clusters are crushed before pressing to tank
• Juice is encouraged to fully oxidize before going into puncheon and barrel
• Aged 10 months in oak barrels (20% new) then 6 months in tank
• 350 cases produced
• 25 ppm SO2 at bottling
• 13% abv
