"Fresh and linear with gunflint, citrus, green apple, toast and aniseed. Structured pineapple and orchard fruit, subtle vanilla and cream cookies."

"A medium-bodied chardonnay with notes of lemons, sliced apples and green pears. Round and fruit-driven with a supple development and a satisfying, juicy finish. Drink now."

"Marshmallow! And cumin seed – this is really distinctive and delicious. That fruit is gorgeous too – tangerine, red apple, white flowers. The thing I love about this is how eloquent the fruit is: a really gorgeous melange of flavour, giving a lovely point of difference from many New World Chardonnays, which is not easily done. (RH)"

"The 2021 Chardonnay opens with pleasant, smoky reductive tones and quickly reveals pure scents of hazelnuts, beeswax and orange blossom. The light-bodied palate balances concentrated, honey-nut flavors with taut acidity, and it has a long, latent finish. I suspect it will have more to offer with 3-5 years of bottle maturation."
