"The 2021 Chardonnay Cascadia is refined and elegant, with notes of pure white flowers, lemon curd, and white peach. Medium to full-bodied, with a silky mouthfeel and driven by citrus, it offers notes of tangerine as well as orange sherbet and has a great texture and a long finish. It,s long on the palate, with a decadent twist that,s hard to resist. Drink 2024-2030."

"The 2022 Chardonnay Cascadia is decidedly floral, mixing yellow flowers with gingery spice, fennel and crushed apples. It's soothingly round with a gentle inner tension and crisp orchard fruits offset by a tinge of sour citrus. This finishes with tension but remains subtle and lifted, leaving a hint of lime, a salty flourish and a sensation of liquid stone."
