"The NV Champagne Oeil De Pedrix Brut is a bright pink salmon hue, and leads with ripe tropical notes of mango, peach puree, pastry dough, and floral perfume. Medium-bodied, the palate is what sets this wine apart, with a refined and pinpoint mousse, a clean, stony texture, and a delicately rounded mid-palate. It's drinking beautifully now but should age slowly over the coming 10-12 years. Disgorged April 2023."

"100% Pinot Noir grown in and around the town of Bouzy; disgorged March 2023. Disgorged March 2023; dosage 5 g/l. Beautiful, bright coral/orange; aromas of orange peel, pink peppercorn, orange roses and subtle hints of cardamom. Medium-full with appealing ripeness, good acidity, very good persistence and a lengthy finish with distinct notes of dried strawberry and oregano. Pair this with grilled salmon or ahi tuna and enjoy over the next 4-6 years."
