"Pouring a bright yellow/silver color, the 2020 Champagne Special Club Brut is 60% Pinot Noir and the remainder Chardonnay it that was aged in stainless steel but did go through malo. The nose is delicate and fruity, with notes of red berries, fresh peach, cherry blossoms, and shortbread. Medium-bodied and juicy, it opens with a clean and refined texture, a fluffy mousse, and a nice lift of clean acidity on the finish. There is nothing austere about this wine, which is very powdery and clean in its feel. Drink it over the next 10-12 years. 5.5 grams per liter dosage."
