"Based 70% on the 2019 vintage, with 2018 and 2017 reserve, the NV Champagne Origines Extra Brut is a bright yellow color and is very pretty and inviting on opening, with notes of watermelon, the delicate spice of Meunier, tangerine, toast, and hay. The medium-bodied palate has a subtle and delicate mousse with a soft, fruity appeal and a clean, fruity finish with saline broth. It's a highly charming wine to enjoy over the next several years. 3 grams per liter dosage."

"This hits the palate with chiseled impact but then fleshes out nicely, revealing a well-spiced range of white cherry and peach skin, mandarin orange peel, chopped almond and fleur de sel notes riding the plush, lively mousse. Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Drink now. 150 cases imported."
