"Aged in 228-liter barrels, the NV Champagne Blanc De Blancs Nuances De Blanc Extra Brut is 60% from the 2021 vintage and has 2 grams per liter dosage. A bright medium yellow color, the NV Champagne Blanc De Blancs Nuances De Blanc Extra Brut is expressive in the glass, with a bit of volatile acidity, offering some tropical aromas of guava, orange pith, hefeweizen, clove, and oyster shell. The mousse is spritely and lively and accents the wine's more vibrant and electric energy, with a citrus-driven palate. It's long on the finish and reigns in its wild side nicely. Drink over the next 5-6 years. Disgorged January 2024."
