"Disgorged as an extra-brut with 3.5 grams per liter of dosage, the 2019 Extra-Brut Blanc de Noirs Grand Cru Noces de Craie reveals a ripe, pure bouquet of spices, white flowers, ripe orchard fruits and pastry. Medium to full-bodied, rich and vinous, it has a fleshy core of fruit, bright acids, a pinpoint mousse and a saline, delicate mid-palate, concluding with a long, delicately bitter, gastronomic finish. This is 100% Pinot Noir from a massal selection planted in the commune of A ."

"Minerally smoke and chalk notes are a savory thread lacing the walnut bread, cassis, preserved lemon and sassafras flavors as they ride the zesty bead of this refreshing Champagne, with clean-cut acidity. Disgorged January 2023. Drink now. 50 cases imported."
