"A deep watermelon color with an orange tinge, the 2019 Champagne La Confiance De Mon Pere Extra Brut Rosé De Saignée is entirely made from Pinot Meunier and is a Special Club bottling. Musky and potent with savory aromas of blood orange, incense, cranberry, and wild herbs, on the palate, its pillowy mousse leads to a full-bodied wine with a rich and incisive personality, balanced tension, and rich notes of orange oils and spice through its long finish. Broad and muscular, it's a serious rosé that can stand up to grilled steak. Drink 2024-2032."

"The 2019 Brut Rosé de Saignée La Confiance de Mon Père is 100% Meunier from the oldest parcel in the Les Bouts de La Ville lieu-dit in Cuisles and saw 168 hours of maceration. Deep and expressive, this Rosé is so impressive. The La Confiance is a terrific example of the Moussé house style. Cinnamon, crushed rocks and dried herbs all grace the long, persistent finish. Dosage is 2 grams per liter. Disgorged: February, 2023."
