"The NV Brut Blanc de Blancs Oger Grand Cru is laced with crushed rocks, chalk, white flowers, lemon peel and dried herbs. Intensely mineral and saline, this is a super-classic Gimonnet Champagne. Low dosage (5 grams per liter) adds to an impression of tension that gives the wine its overall shape. Disgorged: November, 2022."

"An elegant blanc de blancs, this is fresh and well-knit, with a fine, creamy mousse, plus a pretty mix of ripe pear, lemon pith, apple blossom and oyster shell notes. Disgorged November 2022. Drink now. 100 cases imported."
