"The 2022 Chablis Les Clos Grand Cru, aged for 15 months in barrel, has a very focused nose. It's a Les Clos that means business, with fine delineation of malic fruit mixed with sea cave and oyster shell. The palate is taut and crisp with a fine bead of acidity, cohesive with hints of walnut and ginger. This is quite a complex Les Clos that coheres in the glass, yet I would afford it two to three years so that it can show at its best. Very promising. Tasted blind at the BIVB tasting in Chablis."
