"The 2022 Chablis Fourchaume 1er Cru has an attractive bouquet with fresh pear, Golden Delicious and hints of chamomile in the background, all well defined. The palate is nicely balanced with a pithy entry and plenty of weight and depth, leaning toward a creamy finish that will have wide appeal. Long-term? I'm not so sure, but there's plenty to savor in the next five or six years. Tasted blind at the BIVB tasting in Chablis."
