"A nice kick of baking spice leads the nose, followed by cinnamon raisin toast, a dollop of honey, and pleasant maltiness. There's bright citrus by way of orange peel too, plus a whiff of vanilla bean. The palate hews spicy—Red Hots take center stage, joined by a crack of white pepper. The rum cask presents a fruity mustiness that adds an interesting twist. More cinnamon heat, honey, and some chocolate malt on the finish, which lingers on for quite a while."
