• Concord grape, fudge, elderberry, and walnut shell on the nose precede a punchy palate of syrupy grenadine, hazelnut liqueur, poppyseed, hay, and buttered popcorn with an earthy, medicinal finish of eucalyptus, menthol, radish, and leather
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 70% ABV

This exceptional Canadian whisky blend is composed of hand-selected whisky barrels that were matured for thirty-three years in their original casks before resting in French oak and ex–Oloroso sherry casks at Barrell’s Louisville aging facility.
