- Distilled from a mash bill of 91% rye and 9% corn

- Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 58.5%–59.5% ABV (ABV varies cask to cask)
For this limited edition release, Proof and Wood has selected and bottled fourteen twenty-two-year-old barrels of Canadian rye, each brimming with powerful oak and sweet rye spice. Barrel numbers can be found on the front label along with cask-specific ABV.

"Quite a funky nose, thanks to a combination of lemon Starburst, caramel-dipped green apple, orange peel, star anise, and dill. The heat on the palate is fierce, but once it simmers down (water is your best friend here), some more unusual flavors pick up, among them pumpernickel, salt-and-vinegar chips, and sweet clementine. The finish, while drying and a tad short, is enjoyable; rye fans should find plenty to love here, but it's certainly not for everyone"
