  • Distilled from sake lees combined with neutral spirit made from non-GMO grain
  • St. George partners with a local sake producer for the sake lees
  • Calrose rice grown in California’s Central valley is used to make the sake; the rice starch is converted to sugar with koji and then cold-fermented, and the sake less is sourced post-fermentation
  • The sake lees is blended with neutral grain spirit and distilled in St. George’s copper pot stills
  • Aromas of delicate Asian pear and toasted rice blossom on the palate, complemented by dried green cardamom and a touch of pistachio and saline on the finish
  • 40% ABV
