"The 2020 Cabernet Sauvignon China Blue Vineyard Monopole is a new wine from Tyler, matured in 75% new French oak. It has pretty scents of red and black currants and plums, plus nuances of pencil shavings, cedar, green pepper and tobacco. The medium-bodied palate has a concentrated core of fruit, velvety tannins, fresh acidity and a long finish. Neither too lean or too ripe, it's a California Cabernet that's delightfully easy to drink."
