"The 2021 Riesling Dorsheimer Burgberg Grosses Gewächs is released two years after harvest. It was fermented and matured for one year in Stück and another year in stainless steel before being bottled. In this 2021, subtle pear peel blends with tart orange on the nose. The palate displays sweeter citrus of tangerine and mandarin. The palate is juicy, spicy and mouth-watering, with real zestiness and immense depth. It's resonant, super zesty and gorgeously profound.
