"The 2022 Brut Zero Rosé Saperavi has an attractive and unique nose with aromas of watermelon, rose petal, white cherry, and orange peel. Salty and juicy, it rides across the tongue with tingly acidity and noticeable inner sweetness. Aged briefly on the lees and disgorged in February 2024, this stand-alone sparkler benefits from the decision to bottle with no dosage. Give this one an extra chill to manage some of its power."
