"An elegant, vibrant wine that is fragrant with cherries and raspberries, so fresh and fruity. It was barrel fermented, blended from 80% pinot noir and 20% chardonnay. Subtleties of toast, red spices and ginger light up the palate. Drink now."

"The 2019 Brut Ros, Mineral Springs is intense, with a burst of white smoke, dusty sage and dried strawberries launching from the glass. Soothingly round and supple, its saline-tinged bubbles fade quickly to reveal crisp white cherry and hints of citrus. It tapers off with medium length and subtle tension, leaving a slowly fading mineral tinge. Four grams per liter of dosage."

"This pink sparkling wine is 81% Pinot Noir, 19% Chardonnay and 100% satisfying. The show begins with energetic bubbles delivering aromas of raspberry sorbet and fresh peach slices served on a stroopwafel. The flavors are an equally compelling mix of framboise, brioche and crushed walnuts, with a texture as brisk as a winter walk. Editors, Choice. "
