"The 2018 Ros, Pinot Noir from San Pablo, Uco Valley spent 40 months aging with yeast. Coppery in hue. The nose offers clear cherry and strawberry notes with hints of red apple and yeast alongside pastry and toast aromas. In the mouth, the bubbles are fine and dry with a malic palate anchored in a terse flow, a medium-bodied mousse and sustained flavors."
