• Cask strength, wheated straight bourbon whiskey distilled at MGP in Indiana; aged, finished, and bottled by ASW Distillery in Atlanta, Georgia
• Mash bill of 51% corn, 45% wheat, and 4% malted barley
• Aged a minimum 5 years; non-age statement
• Aged in new 53-gallon American oak barrels of varying char levels and finished in light-, medium-, or heavy-toasted barrels for 2–20 weeks; barrel specifics are listed on the front label
• A nose of brûléed sugar and warm baking spice introduces a comforting palate of wheat bread and cinnamon with a finish of toasted pecans

• No added color
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at cask strength (ABV will vary batch to batch)

Remaining nimble with char and toast levels allows ASW Distillery to articulate the best version possible of each small batch (comprising around 4–5 barrels each) of this robust but elegant wheated whiskey.
