• Mash bill of non-GMO grains comprising 65% corn, 30% rye, and 5% malted barley
• Open top, sour mash fermented
• Twice distilled; the first run in a Vendome copper column still followed by distillation in a copper continuous doubler
• Produced with water sourced from a high-mineral, limestone-fed aquifer located directly beneath the distillery
• Barrel #27516 aged over 4 years in new toasted and charred American oak barrels; distilled 5/19/2020 and bottled 10/9/2024
• Central Kosher (Cincinnati Kosher) certified
• Non chill filtered; 58.3% ABV
