• Produced using estate-grown non-GMO corn, rye, and wheat; malted barley is locally sourced
• 7-day closed top, sweet mash fermentation in stainless steel
• Twice distilled in a Vendome brass and copper pot still
• Aged a minimum 6 years; first aged in heavily toasted new American oak and finished in first-fill Silenus Reserve Oak Knoll Napa Cabernet Sauvignon barrels for 1 year and 2 months
• Aromas of oak, red orchard fruit, and vanilla lead to a creamy palate balanced by tannin and baking spice
• Total production of 1,080 bottles
• Non-chill filtered; 53% ABV
