• Limited-edition straight bourbon whiskey produced by Pinhook Whiskey in collaboration with Brooklyn Brewery Brewmaster, Garrett Oliver
• 65% of Pinhook’s profits for this release will go to the Michael R. Jackson Foundation for Brewing and Distilling
• Column distilled at Still Austin Distillery in Austin, Texas, from a mash bill of 75% corn, 20% malted barley, and 5% rye
• Aged 4 years
• A nose of tropical fruit, aromatic spice, raisin, and chocolate leads to a rich palate of caramel, gingerbread, dark cherries, and licorice
• Limited release of less than 3,500 bottles
• Non-chill filtered; 59.45% ABV

For the second release in Pinhook’s Collaboration Series, brewmaster, author, and James Beard Award-winner Garrett Oliver collaborated with Pinhook founder, Sean Josephs, to pinhook barrels from Still Austin Distillery, one of the most notable up-and-coming distilleries in the US. This limited bottling not only demonstrates Pinhook’s ethos to support distilleries they admire, but also supports Oliver’s Michael J. Jackson Foundation for Brewing and Distilling, which awards scholarships in brewing and distilling education to people of color in the United States.
