- Single barrel bourbon selected by the Skurnik Spirits Team and bottled exclusively for Skurnik by New Riff Distilling in Newport, Kentucky
- New Riff’s signature bourbon mash bill of 65% corn, 30% rye, and 5% malted barley, all non-GMO
- Open top, sour mash fermented for 3–4 days
- Twice distilled; the first run in a Vendome copper column still followed by distillation in a copper continuous doubler
- Cask #17785
- Aged a minimum 4 years in 53-gallon toasted and charred new oak barrels; distilled March 2019 and bottled June 2023
- Non-chill filtered; 56.9% ABV
“So much going on here. Atomic fireball candy on the nose, Earl Grey tea, candy corn, marzipan, and pithy citrus. The palate opens with sweet cinnamon, toffee, dark tea and finishes with that grapefruit. I love the mouthfeel as well, very oily, and rich. Bright, refreshing and keeps you going back for more.
