• Limited release blend of straight bourbon whiskeys sourced, blended, finished, and bottled by Barrell Craft Spirits in Louisville, Kentucky
• Part of the Barrell Craft Spirits Cask Finish Series
• Composed of a selection of 5-, 6-, 7-, 8-, 9-, 11-, and 15-year-old straight bourbon whiskeys distilled and aged in Indiana, Tennessee, Kentucky, and Wyoming
• Derived mash bill of 71% corn, 24% rye, 4% malted barley, and 1% wheat
• Final blend finished in ice wine casks
• A bouquet of fresh flowers on the nose with strawberry, melon, white peach, and caramel latte precede a mouthcoating palate of sweet honey, savory white pepper, white chocolate macadamia cookies, and coconut with hazelnut, ginger, and apricot on the finish
• Non-chill filtered; bottled at a cask strength of 53.26% ABV
