- Juniper, bay laurel, and cilantro are vapor distilled via basket; the remaining botanicals are steeped overnight and distilled directly in the pot of St. George’s copper pot still
- Aromas of bergamot tea, freshly cracked pepper, cilantro, and dried juniper on the nose give way to cardamom and coriander on the palate, with a delicate, sweet finish expressing lingering orange oil
