"The 2022 Zeltinger Schlossberg Riesling trocken Bömer is pure and intense on the very fine, mineral and saline/flinty nose. Rich and generous on the palate, with aromatic white stone fruit aromas (peaches, nectarines, yellow plums), this is an intense, round and concentrated, juicy but refined and saline Schlossberg from a parcel on the lower part of the cru. 12.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in November 2023."

"Pump up the volume! This dry riesling is extraordinarily structured and powerful for a Mosel wine, with great earthy complexity plus a wealth of citrus fruit and a touch of spring blossoms. Still quite tightly wound on the concentrated, compact, medium- to full-bodied palate, The very long and intense dark finish makes it clear that this is made for the long term and will greatly reward patience. Drinkable now, but best from 2027."

"The 2023 Riesling Bömer trocken, a single parcel in the lower reaches of the Schlossberg, has been made separately as a dry wine for years. Subtle oaky creaminess from four- and five-year-old Fuder is apparent on the gentle, smooth nose. The palate is bright, lemony, beautifully soothingly creamy and so fresh. This wine has beautiful depth with gentle lemony highlights that tingle on the finish, which seems lit by cool superbly bright sunlight. The finish is all lemon."
