70% Glera and Reboso with a blend of 30% indigenous grapes from vineyards surrounding the Prosecco region. Wine is vinified and aged entirely in stainless steel. Secondary fermentation in the Charmat method occurs in steel autoclave for 30 days prior to bottling.
