- Single grain Irish whiskey (70% corn, 30% malted barley) distilled in a continuous column still at Cooley Distillery ranging in age from 10-15 years old is enhanced with Great Northern Distillery single grain whiskey matured 5–7 years; all the grain components were matured in first- and second-fill bourbon casks

- A nose of white peaches is complemented by ripe red apple, strawberry blossoms, and freshly cut grass before transitioning to a palate of candied orange peel, gentian, apricot frangipane, and peach cobbler
