The San-In showcases Kurayoshi’s expertise at creating new and distinct flavor profiles. Named for the region where the Tottori Prefecture is located, Matsui’s own single malt whisky and single grain whisky sourced from an undisclosed distillery are aged in white oak, blended & bottled by Kurayoshi, and proofed with water from Mount Daisen. The San-In displays aromas of dried peaches in oatmeal and poached pears which progress to the palate where they meet notes of thyme & toast with a touch of apricot and lime zest.
