Blend 'Edad Moderna'

• 45% Malbec, 25% Cabernet Franc, 25% Merlot and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon
• Vineyard located in Gualtallary, Tupungato at 1,200 meters above sea level
• Hand-harvested
• Spontaneously fermented with indigenous yeasts in epoxy-less square cement pools, with 10-15% whole cluster
• Following fermentation, maceration took place for 10 days, the pressed to concrete tanks and the blend is made
• Aged for 5-7 months, where it undergoes malolactic fermentation
