- Fermented and raised 8 months in neutral 500-700L barrique
- ‘Heaven and Hell’ is both a reference to the ‘good angels’ of the vines in the ‘infernal’ heat of the summer, and X-L Sebio’s metalhead tribute to Black Sabbath’s track of the same name
