- Twice distilled in a Vendome brass and copper pot still
- Aged 4.5 years primarily in air-dried barrels from Canton Cooperage with toasted heads and char levels ranging from 1–4
- Red apple, cinnamon, toffee, and sourdough on the nose transition to charred marshmallow, orange peel, and arugula on the palate with allspice and sour cherry riding out the finish
- 50% ABV
In accordance with the Bottled in Bond Act of 1897, this bourbon is aged at least 4 years, is a product of a single season and a single distiller, has been aged entirely in a federally bonded rickhouse, and is bottled at 50% ABV.
