Bergamote (Bergamot Liqueur)

• Bergamot citrus liqueur made in Nuits-Saint-Georges in Burgundy, France, by Joseph Cartron
• Fantastico, Feminello, and Castagrano bergamot varieties are sourced from Reggio de Calabria, Italy
• Bergamot essential oils are combined with sugar beet distillate and distilled in a copper pot still; the resulting spirit is combined with fresh bergamot juice, sugar beet sugar, and demineralized water
• 20% ABV

This dimensional and verdant citrus liqueur manages to display bright notes of lime, lemon, and floral orange all at once. Enjoy topped with tonic or club soda, or combine with any number of tropical fruit flavors (such as in a gin-based Piña Colada!).
